Healthy Gauc

+ 3 ripe avocados, pitted

+ 1/4 large white onion finely chopped

+ Juice of 2 limes

+ Big pinch of Himalayan salt

+ Big handful of cilantro, chopped coarsely

Scoop avocado into medium bowl, add lime juice and salt. Smash avocado with large dinner fork and fold together. Add cilantro and mix evenly!
